Fundestimate.com has no relationship with any
mutual fund company and is not endorsed by any mutual fund company. The
estimates are based on publicly availble information which may not be
current. The estimates may not reflect the current price or performance
of any given fund or fund company. You agree that you have read and
understand this.
This Agreement is governed by the substantive law
(excluding the choice of law doctrines) of the state of Indiana. Any
action relating in any way to the Information or to enforce the terms of
this Agreement or for breach thereof shall be brought and maintained
exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in
Indiana.
